Find help. Find a group.

Support Groups are small groups of individuals sharing similar struggles agreeing to move forward toward healing as a long-term process. Group members share challenges and victories as a means of mutual encouragement in a safe environment. Through Support Groups, people can share their experiences, strength and hope in a non-threatening “family” setting. If you need a group focused on your issues, Support Groups are a source of great hope and encouragement. You will gain insights by being connected with others sharing similar experiences. This type of group can be a tremendous healing experience. There may be a fee for materials used in some Support Groups.

For more information about these groups or new groups that are forming contact The Healing Place at 940-240-0029.

Support Groups are led by trained facilitators from The Healing Place, a ministry of Cross Timbers.

CARE Net

CARE Net is a network of trained, caring volunteers who share their stories with others in similar circumstances. Not all issues or life situations are covered through Support Groups; this is where CARE Net steps in. Contact The Healing Place about the issues you are facing. If there isn’t a Support Group available, we will make every effort to find someone who can understand and offer you hope, encouragement and support.

If you would like to be contacted by a CARE Net volunteer, please complete the CARE NET form below.
