Students (6th-12th)

We provide a vibrant and welcoming community for students
to connect, grow, and have fun.

Welcome to CT Students

The middle school and high school years can be a busy blur for students. At CT Students, we try to foster an environment that provides simple ways for students to receive hope in the midst of all of their insecurities and uncertainties.

We want to give them a safe space to relax, be authentic, have fun, build friendships, and get to know Jesus. It is our goal to make sure your child feels loved and accepted into a community of peers and mentors who truly want the best for them.

Our weekly gatherings are filled with engaging activities, inspiring messages, and opportunities to build meaningful relationships.

FAQs

How early can I drop my student off before start time?

We recommend arriving about 15 minutes early so your student can enjoy pizza and play games before.

Where is drop off located?

Drop off is located at the East entrance to The Park and Student Center, closet to the Main Lobby doors.

Will there be food available?

Yes, typically we have pizza each week. Every so often, we will have tacos, Raising Canes, Chick Fil A, etc.

Will there be food available for Students with food allergies and/or dietary restrictions?

We have a gluten free option every Wednesday night. If your student has food allergies and/or dietary restrictions beyond that, we recommend bringing something they can enjoy, or eating become they come.

What time should we pick up our Student?

Middle School ends at 8:00 pm, and High School ends at 9:00 pm.

Will Middle School and High School Students worship separately?

Yes, the entire Middle School and High School services are separate. They have separate small groups and services.

Are there security officers on campus?

Yes! We have two uniformed police officers every Wednesday night to ensure the safety for our Student and Leaders.

My Student is new and doesn't know anyone yet. How will you help them feel comfortable and welcomed?

We have an incredible First Time Team who welcomes students, connects them with leaders and other students their age, and ensures they have a great first-time experience.

How are the small groups broken up?

Small Groups are broken up by grade and gender.

Who leads the Small Groups?

Our small groups are lead by our incredible Serve Team members who love Jesus and our Students. Each of our leaders have been throughly trained and background checked.

What is the purpose of Wednesday nights?

Our vision is to create an environment for Students to find freedom in Jesus. We do this by being a safe place for students to experience Jesus, build community, and grow in their faith. Our greatest desire is to partner with families to walk alongside their Student as they grow closer to Jesus.

Who can I talk to if I have additional questions?

Please email our Student Admin Support, Lissie Kevlin at Lissiek@crosstimberschurch.org and she will answer any additional questions you might have!
